Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

To initiate a return, please email us at contacts@themoroccanfood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product and where to send it.

Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at contacts@themoroccanfood.com with a photo of the product and a brief explanation of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at contacts@themoroccanfood.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the product.
